Getting started
Work in more than one company
One login can belong to several companies. Click your company's name and pick another one to switch, or press O W. To start a new company, choose Create a company in the same menu. To join one, accept its invite.
Switch
Click your company's name to open the company menu. Your other companies are listed with your role in each. Click one, or press its number (1 to 9) while the menu is open. O W opens the menu from anywhere.
Add or join
- Create a company starts setup for a new, separate company.
- Pending invites shows up when someone has invited you. Choose Join next to the invite.
What's shared
- Each company's projects, people and settings are kept apart. Nothing crosses between them.
- Your role can be different in each company.
- One subscription covers every company the same owner runs, and a person counts as one seat across them. See Seats.
There's no button to leave a company yourself. Ask an owner or admin there to remove you. See Change or remove someone.

- Change someone's role or remove themIn Settings › People, pick a new role in the person's Role column, or open their … menu and choose Remove from company. Removing someone takes away their access to every project right away. Only owners and admins can do this.
