Invoices & quotes
AvailableReads an invoice or quote PDF, even a phone photo of one, and lays it out as scope lines matched to your catalogue. You check each line before anything is saved.

Questions
The paid plans. On the free plan you'll see where AI could help, with a Paid label and a link to upgrade.
Only what a feature needs for the request in front of you, from projects you can already open. Passwords and payment details are never sent. We don't keep a copy of what's sent or what comes back; only what you accept is saved.
Models from providers such as Anthropic, reached through OpenRouter, which only sends requests to providers that don't store them or train on them. Invoice-line matching also uses TypeSafe. Each is listed on our Subprocessors page, and none uses your data to train models.
Each paid account has a monthly AI allowance. If it runs out, AI pauses until the next month and the rest of Sora Build keeps working. An admin can switch AI off in company settings, and nothing is sent while it's off.
A Gantt timeline with linked tasks, templates and drag to reschedule.
Homeowners and building owners follow the job, approve changes and message you.
Invoice the client, tie draws to milestones, and get paid online by card or bank.
