How seats work
A seat is anyone at your company who can sign in, whatever their role, Viewers included. Open invites count too. The Free plan covers 1 person and the Standard plan up to 10. Clients in the portal and companies in your Directory never take a seat.
What counts
- Every active member of your company, in any role: Owner, Admin, Office, Field or Viewer.
- Invites that are still open and haven't expired.
- Someone in more than one of your companies on the same billing account counts once.
What doesn't count
- Clients you invite to follow a project in the portal.
- Trade partners, subcontractors, suppliers and other companies in your Directory.
How many seats you get
Free covers 1 person. Standard covers 2 to 10 people for one flat company price, not a price per person. For 11 people or more, talk to us about Enterprise. See Plans and pricing.
When the plan is full
New invites are refused with “This plan covers N people, and they are all taken or invited.” Someone opening an older invite sees “This company's plan is full.” To make room, revoke an invite nobody will use, remove someone who has left, or upgrade.
