Turn AI off for your company
An owner or admin opens Settings › General and switches off AI assistant. It takes effect right away and hides every AI button for everyone in the company. Switch it back on the same way.
AI is on for paid plans unless you turn it off.
- Open Settings › General.
- Find AI assistant and turn the switch off.
- A message confirms "AI turned off". Click Undo if you didn't mean to.
With AI off, every AI button is hidden for the whole company, and nothing is sent to our AI provider. If someone tries an AI action, they see: "AI is turned off for your company. An admin can turn it on in company settings."
Good to know
- Only owners and admins can change it. Everyone else sees whether it's on or off.
- The switch applies to this company only. If you run more than one, set each one.
- On the Free plan there's no switch, only an Upgrade button, because AI comes with the paid plans.
