Export, correct or delete your data
Your company owns its project data. You can export tables as CSV from the Directory and Reports. To ask for a full export, or to see, correct or delete your personal information, write to us through the privacy contact form.
The information in your company, such as projects, tasks, comments and invoices, belongs to your company.
Export what you need
- Tables in the Directory and Reports have an Export CSV button.
- Schedule templates have Download CSV.
- For a full export of your company's data, contact us.
See, correct or delete your information
Write to us through the privacy contact form. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you're a client or trade partner, the builder decides about their project data, so you can also ask them.
How it's kept apart
Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's at the database level. Your team sees only what their role allows, and clients see only their own project.
If your agreement with us ends, you can ask for an export within 30 days. The Privacy Policy covers how long we keep data and where it's stored.

- Delete your companyOnly an owner can delete a company: Settings › General, then Danger zone › Delete company, and type the company's name to confirm. Every project, schedule, file and person's access goes away for good. It can't be undone.

Field users see only the projects they're on, where they can create and update tasks, comment and upload photos. Viewers can look but can't change anything.
