What emails does Sora Build send?
Sora Build emails people when something needs them: team and client invites, approval requests, new messages on a project, and client invoices. They come from noreply@sorabuild.com. Internal comments don't send email.
Every email comes from noreply@sorabuild.com. Where we can, replying reaches the person who sent it.
- Team invite: "<Name> invited you to <Company> on Sora Build".
- Client invite: "Follow <Project> with <Builder>".
- Approval request: "<Builder> needs your OK: <title>".
- New message: "<Name> on <Project>".
- Client invoice: "Invoice <number> from <Company>".
Who gets message emails
- When a client comments, the project's managers and superintendents are emailed, plus the person the task is assigned to.
- When your team posts in the client conversation, the clients on that project are emailed.
- Internal comments email nobody.
