1. What these messages are

Where a builder turns on text messages in Sora Build, the Service can text the people working on their projects about that work. For example: that your task is ready to start, a request to confirm a start date, a reply to a question you sent, or a reminder about an inspection or delivery.

Messages are sent on behalf of the builder that added you, and name that builder. They're about specific jobs. They are never marketing.

3. Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. You'll get one confirmation, then no more unless you sign up again, for example by replying START.

Reply HELP for help. You can also ask the builder to remove your number.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Your number

We use your mobile number only to send and receive project messages, and handle it as our Privacy Policy describes. We never sell it, and we don't share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Our text-message provider will be listed on our Subprocessors page before messages start.

5. For builders

Only add numbers of people who have agreed to get project texts from you, and remove anyone who asks. Don't use project texts to advertise. The Service-Specific Terms apply.
