1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses Sora Build: Customers, their Users, and Guests such as clients and trade partners. Customers are responsible for their Users and Guests following it.
2. Don't put these in the Service
- Anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual content involving anyone without consent or any minor.

- Malware, or files designed to harm devices or systems.
3. Don't do these with the Service
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing by email or text, or message people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Invoice for work that wasn't agreed, take payments under false pretences, or use client payments for anything other than your own construction business.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your company, licence or insurance.
- Try to get into accounts, workspaces or data you aren't allowed to see, or test, scan or probe the Service's security without our written permission.
- Overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its limits, except where the law expressly allows.
- Scrape the Service or access it by automated means other than through features and integrations we provide.
- Resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
4. What happens if the rules are broken
We may remove content, disable links, limit features, or suspend Users, Guests or a workspace. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell the workspace owner first and give them a chance to fix the problem. We may act immediately to stop fraud, a security threat or harm to others, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
5. Reporting a problem
To report abuse or a security issue, write to us through our contact page. Please include what you saw and where. If you've found a security vulnerability, don't share it publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
We don't take action against good-faith security researchers who follow this policy.
