Documents and designs
A builder invited you to share designs
Open the invite email and click the link. Choose Create my login if you're new, or I already have one, using the email the invite was sent to. The project opens on its documents, where you upload drawings, post new versions and attach them to the tasks they're for.
Your builder runs the job in Sora Build. Their invite gives you a place to hand over drawings, renderings and specs, so the crew always builds from the latest. It costs you nothing.
- Open the email and click the link. The page says Share designs for and the project's name.
- Choose Create my login, or I already have one.
- Use the email address the invite was sent to. Another address won't open the project.
- If you're already signed in, click Open my project.
Once you're in
- Upload adds a document: any file type, up to 100 MB. See Upload documents.
- Click a document, then New version when something changes. Your builder keeps every version. See Document versions.
- Attach a document to the task it's for, and the crew sees the latest version on that task.
Next time, sign in with the same email. If you work with more than one builder or project, they're all under Your projects, marked Designs.
If the link doesn't work
- This link has expired: links last 14 days. Ask the builder to send you a new one.
- This link was already used: you've joined already. Sign in with the email it was sent to.
- This link no longer works: ask the builder for a new one.
